Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from where she previously left off competing in top competitions including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel spent the first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and was crowned 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is the back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
